Return & Refund Policy
This is the privacy policy for Loopa app...
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase or use, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. The service being provided by Smartgen Motors Limited (SGM) is for charging of EVs at the charging stations owned and/or operated by SGM and various Hosting Partners or CPO. The cost of charging a vehicle can be paid in advance or after the charging facility has been availed.
In case the cost has been prepaid before availing the charging facility, any balance amount due after the charging has happened will be refunded to the wallet. Any excess charging over and above the prepaid amount will have to be paid by the consumer after the charging.
Once the consumer's electric vehicle has been charged, SGM reserves the right to charge the cost of charging from the consumer. Customers can cancel the booking any time after the booking has been done till prespecified minutes of starting time slot. In case of no show till prespecified minutes after the starting time the booking would be canceled by default. Customers would be charged the booking and or convenience fee which was shown at the time of booking in case of no show or cancellation of booking. Under any circumstances, a user cannot request a refund for the amount for which he/she has already consumed charging. Cancellation Policy
A User can cancel the charging session anytime. In case of prepayment, any balance amount due after deducting the charging that has happened will be refunded to the wallet of SGM.

Ephemeral data such as location information is only collected when the data is needed for a particular feature within the application. It is not stored within the database. You have the right to access, update and delete your information. You can access and update your personal information through the settings within the application.
